MECHANICAL SYSTEM
Mechanical system refers to Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems that create a balanced climate (temperature and humidity), exhaust contaminated air, and bring fresh air into a building for occupant comfort. It removes heat from the building created by process equipment. In the laboratory, the HVAC system is used to control room pressure, filter air, condition air, humidity control, exhaust fume hood and bring in fresh air.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Electrical system supply and distribute power safely into the building. The system includes transformers, electric panels, power conduits, lighting, lighting control, telecommunication conduit and data conduit.
PLUMBING SYSTEM
Plumbing system is a system that moves fluid (water, gas, waste) from and/or to a building. Potable water is plumbed to the building for drinking and sanitary purposes. Gas/fuel is plumbed to the building for heating and/or cooking purposes. Then the waste is plumbed and vented out the building. In the laboratory, the plumbing system also includes Compressed Air, Argon, Industrial Cold Water, Nitrogen, Dissolved Oxygen (DO) and Deionized (DI) Water.

In addition, we also provide MEP Peer Review Reports, Title 24 compliance reports, Energy Modeling, Logged Data Analysis and CAD drafting.
